Kanion is an established supplier and exporter of air conditioners that exports to almost every country around the globe. Kanion Group plants span across China, with assembly lines in Nansha, Beijiao & Xiaolan, while Kanion Group maintains two marketing offices is in Luohu District, Shenzhen and Shatin District, Hong Kong, which are key locations in Pearl river delta greater area, with easy access from other big commercial centres, like Guangzhou & Dongguan city.
Customers are most welcome to visit Kanion Group offices and production bases. Kanion Group may arrange company car within Shenzhen City in order to make customer’s visit most comfortable. Please let Kanion Group know about a visit schedule, 3 days in advance. (Not applicable during Covid-19 pandemic period due to official safety measures).

Residential air conditioners are the most common air conditioners and are used all around the world in residencies. Residential air conditioners are designed for a personal use and the major types include Ductless wall split type, Portable / Mobile type, Window / Room type, Floor standing type, Multiple split type & also dehumidifiers.
Light commercial air conditioners are mainly designed to meet the needs of a wide range of small to medium businesses, such as offices, shops, hotels, restaurants, coffee shops and most of public facilities. Light commercial air conditioning offer flexibility as they can be installed on the floor, on the ceiling, on the wall and basically any other place within a space and they Increase employees’ productivity by making the workspace more comfortable. The major types of light commercial air conditioners include Duct type, Ceiling cassette type, Floor & ceiling type, Multiple type & Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner (PTAC).
Heavy commercial air conditioners are suitable to supply the right climate conditions to large spaces or whole buildings, such as commercial centres, shopping malls, big hotels, sports centres, hospitals and other public facilities meant for larger number of visitors. Major heavy commercial air conditioners types include the Air handler, Commercial duct type, Rooftop package, VRF and Water chillers.
A solar air conditioner can combine solar as well as electricity or only solar power, depending on the type. In simple words, it takes energy from the Sun and uses it to power your AC to cool your space or keep it warm. There are two different types of solar air conditioners, hybrid solar air conditioner and 100% off-grid solar air conditioners.

Hybrid solar air conditioners are connected to solar panels and the power grid, switching between the two through a smart system, so that they never run out of power but take full advantage of any solar energy available in the environment.

100% off-grid solar air conditioners are connected to a sufficient number of solar panels so that they can run continuously on solar power, using no grid power at all.

Solar panel is a device that captures the power of the Sun. It converts the Sun rays into electrical energy. This energy can then be used directly or stored in a battery. This is known as DC power. A solar-powered air conditioner then uses this DC power, either directly as DC or after conversion into AC (using an inverter), to cool your space or keep it warm.
Kanion air conditioners come with standard incoterms limited warranty, 5 years for compressor and 2 years for other parts. Kanion provides 1% free spare for each container of air conditioners.
Kanion air conditioners come with a self- diagnosis system. This basically means that the air conditioner determines most the troubles on its own and provides an error code on the LCD screen, then based on information from the user’s manual, it is easier and faster for the user to follow the steps and solve the trouble at home. In between schedule maintenance visits, here are some things to be aware of that can help improve the efficiency of an air conditioner.


Clean the air filters
The most important maintenance task that will improve the efficiency of the air conditioner is to routinely replace or clean the air filters. Replace one-inch pleated filters once a month. Clean the air conditioner’s coils
The air conditioner’s evaporator and condenser coils collect dirt over time. This dirt reduces airflow and insulates the coil, reducing its ability to absorb heat. Outdoor condenser coils can also become very dirty if the outdoor environment is dusty or if there is foliage nearby. To avoid these problems, the Kanion distributor will check and clean the air conditioner’s coils, if necessary, at your annual maintenance visit.


Remove debris from the unit
Over time, things like leaves, dirt and grass clippings will build up on the outside of the air conditioner, decreasing system capacity and reducing airflow. You should trim any shrubs or other plants back from around the air conditioner to keep from impeding airflow to and from the unit.

Ordering Kanion Air Conditioner

Almost every country in the world have special climate conditions and air conditioning products must be produced based on those conditions, to operate properly. Furthermore there are import, certification, safety compliance, energy efficiency and environmental regulations that need to be met per country or greater region, so the best way to choose the right air conditioner, is to let the Kanion sales team to direct you to the right pool of choices. Let us know your country and we will take you right away to the right air conditioner category.
In order to provide the best possible products at the friendliest price, Kanion Group has set a minimum order quantity. For Deluxe Series, minimum order quantity is 50 sets / pieces per capacity, for Prime Series the minimum order quantity is 100 sets / pieces per capacity for 9,000BTU & 12,000BTU and 50 sets / pieces per capacity for 18,000 & 24,000BTU. Customers are welcome to place sample orders to test Kanion quality before they proceed with full order. The sample are usually produced faster than full orders and can be dispatched by courier or shipment.
Peak Season, October to March: After the order is placed it will take between 35-40 days to be fully produced, packed and ready to ship.
Low Season, April to September: After the order is placed it will take between 30 days to be fully produced, packed and ready to ship.
Production process: Includes collection of raw materials, finalisation of artworks, assembly, testing of quality and efficiency & packaging, before it is ready for shipment.
Customers are welcome to use their own registered trademark and carton design on the air conditioners and cartons of their order. In case a customer wishes to use KANIONco brand name on the units and cartons, can consult with the appointed sales person whether KANIONco brand name is available for use in the specified country or region and not occupied by a sole agent. Certain benefits come with KANIONco brand name distributorship.
